PAGS does not cancel an entire days games based upon weather considerations. The decision to cancel game(s) due to weather lies with the home Club. If the decision is made to cancel game9s) due to weather, notification must be given to the appropriate parties no less than 2 hours prior to the first game scheduled on a field. Parties to be notified include: the Referee Assignor; the visiting team coaches; and the home team coaches. You do not notify the League office.
Failure to notify the Referee Assignor in a timely manner may result in the home Club being responsible for referee fees for the first game scheduled on each affected field.
