Courses For New Referees

Several courses for new referees are being offered in the next two months. These courses are for grils/boys-women/men 14 and older. Students must have reached their 14th brithday no later than the last date of the course they select.

The course is 18 hours long and upon completion you will be licensed to officate USSF affiliated matches. This includes all of the travel leagues in the area. The cost of the course is $100.

Courses will run from 6:30 to 9:30 pm each night and will be offered as follows:

Strath Haven MS - February 16th, 17th, 18th, 23rd, 24th, and 25th
United Sports Traning Center - February 22nd, 23rd, 24th, March 1st, 2nd, 4th
Lansdowne SC - March 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th, 9th, 11th

Referee Fees for the PAGS Fall 2009 Season

The referee fees for the the PAGS Fall 2009 season are provided below. For PAGS games each team is expected to pay 50% of the referee fee and should have cash available prior to the start of the game. The teams are only responsible for paying those officials that show up for the game. For instance if only one referee shows up for a U12 game then total fee is $36 or $18 per team. If two referees show up for a U14 game the the total fee is $72 ($42 + $30) or $36 per team.

What To Do If Your Referee Fails To Appear
