Rostering of Secondary Players

PAGS allows U9-U14 teams registered through USYS to roster up to 3 secondary players per team.  U15-U19 teams may roster up to 5 secondary players.  Secondary players count against the roster limit for the age group.  Secondary players may only play up in age or in division within their primary age in PAGS.  Secondary players are eligible for the PAGS playoffs.  If you choose to add a secondary player to your roster you must submit a hard copy of the completed PS-1 form to the PAGS Registrar and complete the Add a Secondary Player process in Group Net Solutions.  The PS-1 form may be emailed, faxed, sent via US Mail.  If you choose to mail the form this will delay processing of your request.

To release a secondary player you must complete the required action in Group Net Solutions and you must submit a signed PS-1 form with the Release section properly completed to the PAGS Registrar.

Proof of Age

Players who are new to EPYS in 2012-2013 must provide proof of age in order for the League Registrar to verify the player.  The EPYS By-Laws indicate what constitutes legal proof of age, the most common forms being a birth certificate, passport, or player pass issued by another state association.

You may submit the proof of age by emailing the document to the League Registrar, by submitting an affidavit signed by the Club President and Registrar, or by uploading the documentation to the player information in the GSN system  The affidavit must state that the Club has verified the players age by viewing the appropriate document and that PAGS has the right to inspect the document at any time of its choosing during the current seasonal year.  To download a copy of the affidavit click HERE

Pictures

PAGS prints player passes with the player’s photo, League Registrar’s signature, and EPYS stamp included on the pass. Therefore, Clubs must upload a picture for every player.  If you uploaded a picture for 2011-2012 the picture was not transferred from Got Soccer to GNS, therefore, you MUST upload a picture for every player.  You will not be able to submit a team for approval by the League Registrar until a picture has been uploaded for every player on the roster.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.

You can find EPYS provided directions for uploading pictures below.  You can find these instructions on the EPYS website as well, or you can click HERE to download a copy.

Club Pass

Players will be permitted to play with teams in their Club for which their age qualifies them.  An age appropriate U15 player may play U15-U19.  An age appropriate U10 player may play U10-U19.  Club pass players may play no more than 2 games per day or 3 games in a weekend.

Their is a limit on the number of secondary and club pass players permitted per game.  U9-U14 teams may not have more than a combination of 3 secondary/club pass players per game and U15-U19 may not have more than a combination of 5 secondary/club pass players per game.  Club pass players are not eligible for the PAGS playoffs.

Secondary Teams Playing in PAGS

If you are a team playing in PAGS as your secondary league, you must register your team with your primary league and submit a copy of your stamped roster to the PAGS Registrar prior to the season.  Any subsequent changes must also be submitted to the PAGS Registrar.

Teams Registering With Non-USYS National Association
AYSO, US Club Soccer

PAGS accepts teams who register with and obtain player passes from National Associations other than USYS, such as AYSO or US Club Soccer.  If your team is registered with a non-USYS National Association you must follow that organization's procedures to register your team and players.  You must submit an approved copy or your roster to the PAGS Registrar prior to the season.  Any subsequent changes must also be submitted to the PAGS Registrar.

In addition, you must have copies of your roster, which will act as your lineup form, as well as passes for all coaches and players at every PAGS game.

Out of State Teams Playing in PAGS

If you are an out of state team participating in PAGS you must register your team with your USYS state association, AYSO, US Club Soccer, or other recognized National Association. If you elect to register with a non-USYS National Association your roster may not have more than 14 players (U9-U12), 18 players (U13) or 22 players (U14-U19).

Once the roster and passes are approved, you must submit a copy to the PAGS Registrar.  If you are submitting a USYS roster you must also submit the appropriate Interstate Permission Form required by your home state association giving permission to play out of state.  If you make changes to your roster throughout the season, you must send a copy of the updated roster to the PAGS Registrar.

You must have copies of your roster, which will act as your lineup form, as well as passes for all coaches and players at every PAGS game.
